Margarita Rodríguez relata que mientras su hija de dos años dormía junto a ella, contenía los gritos para evitar que ésta se diera cuenta de lo que estaba ocurriendo: un extraño había invadido su casa y la estaba violando.

Dos horas después, Rodríguez se levantó, como de costumbre, a llevar a su niña a una guardería y dirigirse a su trabajo. No denunció el caso a la policía y, según ella, no derramó una lágrima.
