Hoy Me he encontrado en mi casa, aungue lejo's de ella como siempre he estado , Por que Soy De Neuva York, pero creci' junto un moment al Lado de mi indio Abuelp, en Gurabo, P.R. pero no me pude ' quedar en mi isla, radico hoy en Florida, pero soy Taina' hasta El Fin.

I recently received DNA results and my maternal DNA is Haplogroup A which is Native American. So I shared my results with my maternal aunts and figured that we had Taino DNA. My aunt indicated that our grandmother claimed that she was Cherokee. We are from Mayaguez, which had a high Taino population, however I did some research and found that in the 1700's Cherokees were sold as slaves in the caribbean. Does anyone have any info on this? Hi gradmaisa Puchales. ANy one has a gradparent with that last name because is very rare for the last name Puchales. It has a small population in P.R. I grew up in Guaynabo, my gradma greew up in San Lorenzo.
