The History of a Legacy

El Buen Café Restaurant was inaugurated in 1980 in Hatillo, starting with just seven tables to serve its customers. It originated from the legacy of El Gran Café, established in 1945 and operating until 1982. After sixteen years of running the restaurant, The Parador El Buen Café was opened in 1996, offering twenty available rooms. Both establishments were developed by Mr. Hector Martínez.

Parador and Restaurante El Buen Café is one of the most iconic landmarks in the Municipality of Hatillo. Today, the Parador features fifty comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped rooms. It offers a large parking facility and a welcoming pool for all its guests. We also have several conference rooms and spaces for all types of social and corporate events.
