Casa Borinquen in West Palm Beach has a capacity of more than 150 seats, a full bar, and an area for live music. The chef-driven menu offers the most beloved Puerto Rican dishes from Alcapurriasto Stuffed Mofongos and Asopaos. The JibaritoSandwich - a special fusion of Puerto Rican cuisine will also be present as well as other favorites such as La Tripleta. Other Puerto Rican specialties included in the menu will be the Can Can Pork Chop, and the Mar Caribe entree - a dish that includes a full fried snapper (known as Chillo Frito) stuffed with octopus, shell, and shrimp. In the new menu Chef Brian will be introducing more vegan options, such as the Veggie Alcapurria and more.

The decoration of the restaurant, casual and colorful, has as its main attraction a photographic mural which includes more than 50 Puerto Rican personalities such as the Gran Combo, Roberto Clemente, Benicio del Toro, and Hector Lavoe.
