Eligibility
- Young Puerto Rican women, native or descendent of Puerto Rican parents or grandparents, residing in Miami-Dade, Broward or Monroe Counties
- Graduation from high school and entering their first year of college as undergraduates
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 and demonstrated potential for outstanding academic achievement and
- Evidence of unmet financial need
